Live-looping is the technique to create the songs.<\/p>\n<p>Other instruments, samples or spoken words are used from time to time during the gigs.<\/p>\n<p>Improvisation is a major element of the project. Random \u201caccidents\u201d, drone sounds and rhythm are also important \u201ctools\u201d of this music.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Unshaped_Ahead<\/strong>\u00a0participates in collective actions.<\/p>\n<p>The project was created in August 2013 in Thessaloniki. The first album entitled &#8220;Baul&#8221;(DL) was released in February 2015. The second album entitled &#8220;8 Cantons&#8221;(DL,LP) was released in January 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Unshaped_Ahead performed in several European countries (Portugal, Spain, Germany,Switzerland,Greece), many festivals (No Borders Festival in 2016,Fusion Festival in 2019) and collaborated with lots of artists(musicians, painters, graphic designers etc).<\/p>\n<p>Currently the music project is active and based in Athens, Greece.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Unshaped_Ahead\u00a0is the solo music project of Dimos Vryzas, violinist from Thessaloniki\/Greece.
